24-Hour Nurse Hotline – A specially trained nurse is standing by to answer your questions, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Air Medical Services** – If you are hospitalized more than 150 miles from home, Air Medical Services will provide air ambulance transport to get you to a hospital near your home — no deductibles, copays, or out-of-pocket costs for you.
Blue Advantage Rewards & Wellness Program – Living a healthier lifestyle has never been more rewarding! Blue Advantage members can enroll in the Blue Advantage Rewards & Wellness Program, where we can help guide you on your path to better health. You’ll get personalized information about the screenings you need and access to online wellness resources to help you stay healthy and active. And you can get rewarded up to $140 in Walmart Healthy Living gift cards in 2023 for getting needed preventive screenings and managing chronic conditions.
TruHearing®*** - A comprehensive hearing care solution that provides state-of-the-art technology and personalized care with copayments as low as $699 per aid for the TruHearing Advanced, $999 per aid for the TruHearing Premium and $0 for a routine annual hearing exam. Also includes 3 follow-up visits, 45-day trial period, 3-year warranty and 48 free batteries.
Headed out of the country? Use your plan’s Worldwide Emergency/Urgent Coverage benefit.**** You’ll get up to $50,000 coverage annually with no deductible (cost sharing will apply).
The services described above are neither offered nor guaranteed under our contract with the Medicare program. In addition, they are not subject to the Medicare appeals process. Any disputes regarding these services may be subject to the Blue Advantage grievance process.

Under this benefit, enrollees may obtain only services that would be classified as emergency and urgently needed services had they been covered in the United States. Members utilizing this benefit may remain enrolled in this plan while temporarily outside the United States or its territories for up to six months. This coverage also includes ambulance services worldwide. In-network copays will apply for each covered worldwide emergency/urgent service received.
