Enrolling in C Plus is easy!
Simply select one of the enrollment options below to get started.
Option 1: Internet
Medicare beneficiaries may enroll in C Plus by completing the online application.

Option 2: Phone
Call one of our representatives to enroll by phone or to request an enrollment kit at 1-888-543-9212 (TTY 711), 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week.

Option 4: Meeting
Attend a meeting with your local Blue Cross representative.
If you cancel your C Plus policy and then re-enroll in C Plus at a later time, you will re-enroll at the age band that applies to you at the time of re-enrollment.
Select one of the following options for payments. Note: Generally, your payment option will remain the same for the rest of the year:
- Automatic Monthly Payments
You can be free from worrying that your premium is paid on time by letting us take that worry from you. You may elect to pay your premium by authorizing an eCheck automatic monthly payment from your personal checking or savings account or authorize your monthly premium from your credit or debit card. Just complete the Automatic Authorization Payment Agreement and include it with your application along with a blank voided check if you are choosing to be drafted by eCheck.
- EStatement - With eStatement you will receive an email reminder when your statement is ready. Sign up under myBlueCross to receive free electronic statements for your Medicare Supplement plan.
- Monthly paper statement - You will be mailed a billing statement each month which includes an invoice to return with your premium payment. Please make a note on your application to indicate monthly payment of premium.
